The majority of tools are available online, either through a web browser or through an app store on your mobile device. Some require specific browsers (Bing Chat uses Microsoft Edge) and some require specific apps to access (Midjourney requires Discord). While there are emerging tools that can operate offline, almost all Generative AI tools require the Internet to use. Most also require an account to use, with easy registration via email or social media. Additionally, most of these tools have free and paid versions, the latter including more features. However, keep in mind.
