Business Law has many specialty areas from contract law to human resources.  While you don't need to be an expert in Business Law to successfully run a business having a foundational understanding of the law, "legalese", and legal resources will be helpful in your day to day operations and when you need to utilize the services of an attorney for some aspect of your business.
